A Former Academic Dean Guiding Institutions Forward
Clarion Academic Consulting was founded on a simple conviction: institutions navigating accreditation and compliance are best served by someone who has done the work from the inside. Dr. Althia Ellis brings more than 15 years of experience as an academic dean and institutional leader to every engagement, pairing deep regulatory knowledge with the lived perspective of someone who has led these processes herself. She holds a Ph.D. and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. Her research on cultural intelligence (CQ), faculty leadership, and inclusive education appears in peer-reviewed journals including American Behavioral Scientist and Education Sciences. She is a member of the Professional and Organizational Development Network (POD Network), where she serves as a fellowship application reviewer.
